download the Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers ( www.eclipse .org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-java-eedevelopers/heliossr1).
Once the Eclipse IDE is downloaded, unzip its content the eclipse folder into a folder, say C:Android.
That’s it you have successfully installed Eclipse now you can download install ADT plugins.
